Japan boasts impeccable technology in the hardware space and some of the most beloved IP in the world, but the country missed out on two waves — software, and now AI.

The domestic market is shrinking, so many companies need to build globally. But that has been hard given the language and cultural barriers Japan has, especially with the West.

To fill the gap, I want to build a community of people who have built a career in the US (or elsewhere), are technical, and are passionate about Japan.
